No where in the American Constitution does it says anything about abortion.
So? You're acting like it's not fundamental health care
No, just stating a fact. Personally, I believe abortion should not be used as a form of birth control. It should be used in extreme circumstances, like when the mother's life is in jeopardy, or the fetus has died in the womb and causing necrosis, and the like.
If a woman doesn't want a baby, don't engage in penetrative sex. If they do, there are preventatives like condoms, birth control, and knowing your cycle and which days are safe.
It's never people's preferred method for sure. But it's irrefutable that they save women's lives.and without legal abortions, there is still a demand for them - simply forcing them to get an unsave illegal abortion and face the risks.
But abortion is legal in Canada at all stages. This is a Canadian board, and if it does become outright illegal in the States, you know they are going to come up here to do it.
Besides, if Roe v. Wade is repealed, it goes to the states to decided if it unlawful or not. It won;t be banned all throughout the country anyway. We already know Texas is against it, so if someone wants to get an abortion in Texas, they would have to go to another state to do it.
I would also, note that the link you provided to the article is 12 years old at this point. 2010, despite being not that long ago, feels like ancient history in the grand scheme of this debate.
