Ontario Dashboard used to explicitly list the definition of unvaccinated as patients with: no dose, or 1 dose under 14 days or “unknown” or “undeclared” status..
They removed this definition in January.
An overwhelming percentage of reported cardiac and thrombotic events occur within 14 days of vaccination. These patients are counted as "unvaccinated" using Ontario's and the CDC's dishonest definition but, by any logical standard, these people should be considered partially vaccinated.
I wonder how many government health units have been grouping unknown with unvaccinated?
