I used to be a cop in downtown Toronto, 2010. At the start of Caribana weekend, cops would get a booklet of people to watch out for… pics… why to watch out for them. Each person had their own page. Page 8 was shot by police in Exhibition grounds that weekend.
We didn’t get a booklet like this for gay pride weekend or any other big festival.
