I'd be open to that. If mandates were pushed on people when the government knew (or reasonably ought to have known) the jabs were unsafe (or not sufficiently proven safe), then people need to go to prison for that.
I also wouldn't accept any "But I was just following orders" defenses from subordinate government employees who cooperated with this.
Biggest item about this is the pfizer damages case in the USA where pfizer is claiming the immunity defense stands because the CDC and FDA were fully aware of the issues with the EUA vaccines.
Which means that our Health Department were informed as well otherwise pfizer would not have signed to the sales contract.
Given a few years of litigation around the contracts and we will see some interesting developments I'm sure.
