Graphene oxide (GO), also referred to as graphite/graphitic oxide, is obtained by treating graphite with oxidisers, and results in a compound of carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen in variable ratios.
Interestingly enough the Dr found carbon, oxygen and hydrogen in the analysis of the vials, although I'm not sure if they are in the correct ratios.
From your video: "unfortunately both these samples had to travel for an extensive period of time in various vehicles, so they've been unrefrigerated for up to two months." - Dr. Nagase

Too bad he had to work with such degraded samples, eh? I wonder what he would have seen if he got to look at real vaccines.

Pfizer is supposed to be stored at -90°C to -60°C (https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/info-by-product/pfizer/downloads/temp-log-ultra-cold-storage-celsius.pdf). Moderna is supposed to be stored at -20°C (https://newsnetwork.mayoclinic.org/discussion/inside-the-ultracold-freezers-that-will-house-covid-19-vaccines/)
I don't understand, how does it not being frozen change the composition of what is in the vial?
What else happened to the samples while they were "riding around in vehicles for up to two months"?
