Judging from the photo the school needs more vibrancy!

This school and the area around it have been shitholes for 30 years. Basically generation after generation of black children of single mothers and thugs.

When I was in school they had 'zero tolerance'. I guess these schools got rid of it because there were too many people saying he didndu nothin?
