Ask if the children had informed consent or is that something only an adult can give?
Who is to blame, the souless practitioners or the guilesss consenttee? I think the argument would fall to those who were most informed in the risks and outcomes. They that sign the paper are to blame but the knowledge aspect weighs heavy and opens the door to malpractice.
