Is there a specific article you are referring to or are you spreading some of that ol' misinfo?
I wish it was but since roe v wade Alabama banned all abortions except when medically necessary to save the mother's life. Even for rape and or incest.

Except in cases where abortion is necessary in order to save the life of the mother or to prevent a serious health risk to her, which is closely defined, it bans all abortions. There are no exceptions for rape or incest.
