The nazi's mandated thypus treatments and introduced the concept of the gesundheit pass (health pass) that the Hollywood movies ridiculed for 70 years.
If you ever wondered about it in those great propaganda films, when people were told to "show me your papers" that was a health pass.

When I referred to "great propaganda films" I was referring to Casablanca in particular. Propaganda is not exclusively made by one side or another. The scene where the man has an expired pass was in reference to the habit of German soldiers shooting Jews outside the ghettos with expired passes.
You on the other hand are trying to say none of that occurred.
