Racist hiring should be illegal. Why isn't it? We must ditch 'Employment Equity'/anti-white, anti-male hiring and promotion quotas. Hiring by race is racism. Anyone who supports it is a racist and should be treated a such. Likewise, hiring by gender is sexism. Why do leftists support blatant racism and sexism? Advertise for a position widely, but hire only on merit.
