She'd be dead in a week without the science and technology that surrounds her 24/7/365 folks.
Who knows, her childhood vaccinations might have already saved her life.
Her bathroom cabinet is full of pills, liquids, and creams made of she-has-no-idea-what and she consumes / uses them without a second thought.
It's weird that she picks this one part of science as the hill she wants to die on.
