Keep in mind folks that Garnet Harper chose to opt out of the transplant process.
He said "no" first, and stepped out of the lineup for a free kidney.
He did it of his own free will. Nobody coerced him, unless it was the antivaxxers he was listening to.
Maybe he thought he knew better than the medical professionals.
It's always a tragedy when someone dies as a result of a poor decision they make.
