It was a boo boo from glass. Would have been easy math, so this post is garbage because it relies on the false assumption that it was actually a bullet that close to his face. But it's the felon doe 174 we're talking about here not providing any proof, so it's obviously a lie. If it wasn't staged then it's a terrible indictment on the state of competency of the local police who were in charge of securing the area, and were even seen fumbling trying to get through a gate to get to the shooter. They should probably just defund the police and abolish for profit prison slavery and the whole war on drugs while they're at it.
