Sometimes we place bets on long-shots. I bet $100 on Joseph Woll to win the Vezina this year. Payout is $5,000. I don’t think he’ll win, but i made a longshot bet anyway.
Fyi - bet $100 on Vance to be the next president. Payout is $8,000. Trump wins nov 5, isn’t alive anymore come jan 6, vance becomes president and you get $8,000.
Bet on trump to be president, odds are really good, and the payoff is relatively small.
