Listen up, i've got some important news. I suspect that many of you may have already migrated to Parler, since it is marketing itself as a free speech alternative to twitter.
I read parler's user agreement and it was the most insidious thing that I have ever laid eyes upon.
Article 14 of the user agreement states that they can take as much money from you as they want to run legal defenses!
Article 17 states that they can change the entire agreement whenever they want to whatever they want without informing you, and your agreement to the old agreement extends to the new agreement!
Keeping all this in mind, why do they want your phone number to make a account???
Why are they making it necessary to give them pics of your drivers license to unlock basic features of the app???
Something about this feels wrong and I am currently making my tinfoil hat. I for one, do not trust that app!
