I really wish people would stop linking videos in twitter. Such a terrible platform. Can you relink the video in Parler?
There's no way that is going to be upheld in Canada. A bitchute link would be good too. Twitter videos rarely load for me. This one didn't but has now loaded. In any case, conservatives shouldn't be supporting twitter by giving them traffic.
That video is outdated. It's possible that some issue still remain (I think they can still remove anything), but the worst problems have already been fixed. Most importantly, the indemnification clause was removed.
There is now no language about obligation to defend, and no ban on class-action lawsuits, at least there wasn't when I checked on the 2nd.
:shrug: I've had a great time, and I haven't had anything deleted, or been banned, for saying "trannies aren't real", yet.
