I think that's the point. It sounds great to voters and I'm sure there's a few well-off student who find themselves volunteering rather than working in the summer but they're few and far between.
I think we all can figure out that the entire point of the WE foundation being put in charge of the 900 million dollar grant was that there was no way they'd be giving a quarter of it to students.
This government truly is the most dishonest and corrupt in the history of Canada.
