Here's what you need to know about CSIS and the RCMP. They never infiltrate for peaceful reasons. Their budgets are limited and as such whenever they infiltrate a "dangerous" community they push for maximum extremism because the faster they deliver results, the happier their bosses.
Remember the Toronto 8. A bunch of rich kid, young LARPer's who were encouraged into making videos of them going through "terrorist training" at a cheap camping site in the winter.
