I'm not so sure about the "amateur" part.
Almost everything I've seen from them is clearly criminal behaviour.
Even in Canada where they're mild they still smash windows, embezzle, vandalize, scream in old ladies' faces, get involved in brawls, sucker-punch schizo street preachers, burn police cars and pour bottles of piss on e-celebrities.
They are clearly professional criminals.
