So, a white person was hired because they were the best candidate despite a non-white having similar formal education. I guess the report asserts that white people should never get jobs unless there are no other people remotely qualified.

"They expected us as Indigenous people to tell visitors that there was no genocide that took place here."

So she demands to be paid to dishonestly teach that whites systemically murdered her race. Of course education is 'cultural genocide' to her. Does she use the same term to describe the elimination of Euro-Canadian culture through massive immigration?
