Ever before COVID, that unemployment rate was horse shit. Because the number of men (unless stay-at-home dad) "not in the labour force" was very high even before COVID. And not every woman who isn't in the labour force is a stay-at-home mom or a sugar baby. And even if you only have a part-time job or casual job, you still count as employed in the statistics.
