The inequality cannot be solved because people are not all the same, no matter what we're told to believe. They're going nuts in USA because they can't admit this. Now they are proclaiming that math is racist, for example, and that academic standards should be lowered so that blacks can get the same degrees that whites (and Asians) do at the same frequency. They're shredding what made them successful, a meritocracy, in favor of trying to achieve equality of outcome.

You can't solve problems if you don't want to understand their sources. They tried for many decades in the USA, threw billions of dollars at it, and failed completely, because every effort assumed we are all made the same and inequality must be the product of bias.
