Me thinks Trudeau wanted to spend even more money and Morneau has at least half a brain and wanted to slow things down a bit after spending an unprecedented sum, which we still down know what the total is.

Decent anti-Trudeau spin, but I don't believe it. Morneau was forced to fall on his sword as a way to control the damage of the WE scandal everyone continues to talk about.
