The funny thing about Parkdale is that it got nice, trendy and gentrified to the point where there was mass renovictions to turn places into Air BnB's.
That was just peaking at the start of last summer, tons of people throwing out their tenants for very shifty reasons to turn the places into Air BnB's.
Must have been a sweet 6 months before the Rona hit, those landlords must have been feeling very proud of themselves.
Now all of the restaurants have gone bust, those places haven't been being rented at all and the entire fucking area will be back to being a shithole within the next 3 years.
