The thug in this video has been shot and was involved in a shooting before, not sure if the youtuber knew that at the time or not.

I think bum rushing him with multiple guys would have ended badly if he had a gun on him. The youtuber claims that everything is being live streamed and cloud recorded so the pedos know they are fucked if they think they can assault him and then grab the camera and take all the evidence.

In all of the videos I have seen he manages to get the creeps to stop running and start talking although they usually try and bs their way out.
