The whole white nationalism thing. That killed The Rebel's brand.
Ezra Levant is devout Jewish so i doubt the Rebel is a "white supremacy" group or whatever LOL
And what damage did Faith Goldy do? Point out the obvious that our labour markets cannot handle millions more extra people that cant read basic English during a massive and on going recession?
Next stating the sky is blue will be "damaging" to one reputation
I didn't say it was, I said Faith damaged the brand.
She went full 1488, said Richard Spencer had "well thought out points" about the "JQ" (Jewish Question).
Instead of just reporting on it, she participated in the "unite the right" march in Charlottesville which was top to bottom white supremacists
And she went on the "Daily Stormer" podcast.
If you don't see how that damages a brand, then I don't know what to tell you.
She stained the Rebel brand with plausible inferences of what nationalism. That's why Ezra fired her.
Most Canadians don't even know what any of that shit is. Rebel was smeared by Canadian media and so was Faith Goldy. Did you forget that she finished in 3rd place in the Toronto mayoral election?
As for Charlottesville being 'top to bottom' white supremacists, that is not an accurate assessment at all. There were lots of bigots there of all kinds.
Every Canadian knows what racism, antisemtism and neo-nazism are.
Are you just going to pretend she didn't do those things? Really?
Ok, then why did Ezra fire he? Why then and not before?
That's right, because she damaged the brand by going full 1488, saying Richard Spencer had good points on the "JQ", and going on the daily stormer podcast. That damaged the Rebel's brand (so badly that even today the CPC won't speak its name).
Yes it is. Here's The US white nationalist headquarters using that term themselves:
https://www.amren.com/search/?q=white%20nationlaist
That's nice. None of that changes the fact that she went on an actual neo-nazi podcast, and has rambled on about the "JQ".
Every term is made up.
White nationalism is a real philosophy espoused by people like Jared Taylor and Richard Spencer. Just because bad actors falsely accuse others of being "white nationalists" doesn't mean real white nationalists don't exist. They do. That's where the term comes from.
Why wouldn't they? It's their term. Are you trying to suggest the marxists made up the term "white nationalist"? Are you basing that on anything or do you just want that to be the case? Because I'm sorry, it isn't.
