And Scheer almost deposed Trudeau after his first term which is basically unheard of in Canadian politics. Last time a Liberal government got voted out after their 1st term was in like the 1880s.
And Trudeau has only weakened since the last election. At this point a light breeze will knock him over.
The reason the conservatives didn't win the last election was because the party leader was weak, milquetoast, and was vulnerable on SoCon issues. O'Toole doesn't have any of those issues.
