Thanks for thinking about us, we miss you guys up here. I hope that border opens up soon, or at least by skiing season so I can come down to Lutsen. Trump 2020.
A Canadian observer has to go out of his way find the necessary to information to form a reasonable, fact based opinion on Trump. Most Canadians can't be bothered, so all they know is what they passively learn from the MSM who have an an anti-Trump agenda (in service to their political masters in Washington) and therefore shouldn't be trusted.
Same goes for a lot of Americans. All you have to do is watch those "We asked people what they thought of these Obama policies, and then told them they were Trump's" videos to know that the entire mainstream narrative about Trump is based on total ignorance.
Notice how there's never any of those bait and switch interviews that make Trudeau look good? That's because Trudeau's actually bullshit. There's no hidden, flattering truth about Trudeau that people are misinformed about. He really is shit. Trump however is great, and the media are suppressing that. That's why you can always impress people by revealing his record to them.
I live in the rural area of Quebec and it's pretty much 50/50. In my experience it's mostly women and effeminate men who have unforunately taken too much anti-trump/America Kool-Aid
Trump is standing up for the USA. That's what the president is supposed to do.
If only Trudeau would stand up for Canada instead of every other country in the UN we would all be better off.
Hospitals in America are Amazing, at least in Miami. I had a fishing accident down there about 8 years ago and I was shocked at the level of care I was receiving. It totally changed my outlook on the American Healthcare system.
There are definitely many negatives to our healthcare system, but I really do think most people take it for granted to the point where they'll abuse it. Sadly, there are no repercussions to those that do.
In conclusion, when walking out of a Canadian hospital or clinic you walk out with no bill and even if the wait time is long at the very least you will receive the full extent of the care needed.
Also if you wish to go towards privatized care and have the funds those are available to you.
In the United States do you have a similar experience? NO!
I'm a Minnesotan and I care about Canada. I'm pulling for you u/MikeHawk69

Came here to comment this.
How many Canadians have you talked to that hates the USA? Do they have relatives residing in the USA?
Try asking most of them if they’re glad the border is closed with the U.S.
It’s beyond derangement they foam at the mouth waiting to virtue signal so others can hear it
Right now they're bragging about how Canada's numbers are way better than America's. It's a psychotic mentality up here.
it's the only thing we as Canadians have got going for us, but soon we'll be joining the breadlines and our death count will go up, huzzah!
Aren't Canada's numbers better than the US?
They are. That and CBC which is no better.

Yes, love Trump. Yes tons of people here in Ontario hate him but I do know a lot of people who like him, the problem is most keep it secret.
It's worse than CNN. Most Canadians get their American news from late night talk shows.
If I were an American I would be voting a straight Republican ticket in November.
The Democrats have gone insane since 2016.
I think he is the best shit poster ever .
Quite a few have mild to severe TDS.

So isolationism is the best foreign policy move during this time? My American family would disagree with that!

Yah 100% our healthcare is a fucking nightmare. Basically a scam.
