I really wasn't, until I moved into a condo building with a small handful of black people. Every single noise issue, trash issue, or damage to the building issue was caused by this small percentage of residents.

Not one single exception. This wasn't a cheap building. I've since bought a house, thank fuck, but if that's black culture, then I fully consider black culture trash that we don't need in this country. Zero respect for others or their surroundings.

If they have zero respect for others, why should I give them any respect?

I can see why they get evicted so often. Nightmare tenants.
