This is ridiculous. There is no evidence Canadian police treat black or aboriginal people worse. Slavery was never legal in Canada so there is no basis to claim special privileges to blacks. The only systemic discrimination in Canada is anti-white, such as the hiring quotas in the misnamed 'Employment Equity' program.

If you want to better your race then spend more time in education, family and work and less in crime.
