I wish the Queen provided a little bit more moral leadership in Current Year. I think she can do that without becoming "political" in terms of dictating policy. Calling out the rampant marxism and anti-Christian/anti-European forces in today's society would be a good place to start. Her first Christmas broadcast shows she's capable of it.
I also think the crown needs to take a more active role in safeguarding individual rights. It was hard to watch the monarch/GG/LG's stand aside while we were all under pseudo house arrest and kept from church. You would think that last point would bother the Queen, being "Defender of the Faith" and all.
Fair points, and I meant no disrespect to HM, just voicing frustration. We've all learnt how the crown can act as a constitutional fire extinguisher if the first minister/gov't oversteps their authority and infringes on the rights of the people; you would think having millions kept at home and prevented from worshipping God at church would qualify.
