Not sure if troll thread. But if anyone had a right to complain about injustice it is not BLM, not browns, it is East Asians. Chinese built our railway at a great cost, and Japanese were sent to internment camps. We helped in the Korean war as seen on every war memorial in every town.
That said I can't stand FOB mainland Chinese. Most don't care about Canadian manners or customs. Also they are very insular and tend to form their ethnic enclave and do not interact with those outside, except when complaining to the government for more benefits or free healthcare.
I have a positive view of Chinese immigrants from Hong Kong, Taiwan and the old guard mainland Chinese immigrants. Many of the new mainland Chinese immigrants, especially the international students and the ones who just buy up real estate here, have been thoroughly brainwashed by CCP propaganda in schools. The ones who left mainland China awhile ago tend to appreciate western liberal democracy. My girlfriend immigrated here from Hong Kong before the UK handed Hong Kong over to China. Hong Kongers often speak negatively of mainlanders. Though I feel this is unfair as there are mainlanders here (usually immigrated here awhile ago) who reject the CCP's values and came to Canada because they want to live in a freer country.
