"Black people are over-represented in domestic birthrates" is all you need to say.

Their championing getting pregnant (and being a dead-beat dad) is what leads to almost 100% of "over-representation" categories. Murder. Robbery. Rape. Teenage pregnancy. Larceny. Welfare. Food stamps.

All of these are a result of group in society who breeds too many children, and who's children fundamentally can't compete with other cultures on an even playing field : rules and regulations are altered/changed to adapt to this underperforming group and society is not permitted to comment on this or acknowledge it.
