Like the mask-Karen that you see in the video. Going up to a strange man on the bus, shaming him with her phone out with no clue as to what could happen to her. I wouldn't do that and I'm a big guy, I just know that's a great way to get yourself stabbed by a lunatic.
She got spit on, and called a racial slur. She should count herself lucky. She could have ended up knocked out, stabbed, followed home and raped, or even killed. There could have been lifelong consequences because she confronted a random person on a bus, and while not all people on a bus are crazy, all crazy people take the bus.
