Literally the first unit of Grade 11 is Marxist theory and they don’t allow any discussion on the topic. You’re just supposed to sit there and absorb the supposedly utopian dream and then spit it out on an essay talking about how great Marx was and how bad capitalism is and why we need more Marxism.

The part that makes me the angriest is that they are doing all of this with taxpayer money.
The #1 reason to privatize education is to get some goddamn accountability.
Public sector has zero accountability to the taxbase. Sure, we get to elect the leadership, but the bureaucrats are lodged in there like a dry turd in your rectum.
Forget tax base. Teachers have zero accountability to citizens.
And why the fuck is a school run by a former teachers each and every time. Literally they don't know how to run a facility, manage staff, negotiate, control costs. What they know is how to be teachers.
McDonald's is not run by the fry cook. And if they do get a promotion above a franchise there is some serious management training.
School boards have Stockholm syndrome with teacher unions .
Time to get voucher system and charter schools.
