Even when my old ass was in University I heard a few Indians say some things to profs about how much Canada promotes immigrating to Canada in that country.
They make it sound like a paradise with infinite economic opportunities.
The immigration industry in this country is shocking and it used to be so good.
My parents came here via the immigration industry. They heard about a need, took some courses, moved into an immigration-company rented apartment building and did very well for themselves.
What happened to that? Our country's immigration policy went from "let's entice people from all over the UK who are sick of the class system and are willing to freeze their dicks off for a chance to succeed" to "let's trick half the 3rd world into saving up, coming here, living terribly, and blowing their life savings with the honest ones leaving out of failure and the dishonest ones staying in a country where they can't work legally."
No wonder we're seeing gangs.
It's an utter disgrace and I don't see the point. To prop up useless college programs that don't lead to jobs for even the Canadians who take them? To keep the kind of slumlord who would cram 20 people into a 2 bedroom house and charge them all $400 a month for the privilege in business?
It's predatory and it needs to stop.
(Also, fuck John McCallum. Fucking traitor.)
Hey don't knock slumlords, I just rented out an apartment to a group of Koreans, they would be homeless without me.
Lol, wait until you find out just how much those people love to deep-fry.
You're going to be scraping up so much grease. All surfaces, an inch-thick on top of the kitchen cabinets, fucking everywhere.
Hope you're not an anti-masker because you'll definitely want a mask for the clean-up.
Never rent to people who would be homeless without you, lol.
