"Only two out of 44"

4.5% of Canada's Federal Court Justices are black while only 3.5% of Canada's population is black. They are not under represented, this is a non-issue, sorry folks no racism here.

Now lets look into violent criminals in the justice system and see if they are over represented for only being 3.5% of the population.
