Only 25% of Canadians believe objective reality.
I really wonder what it's like being some smoothbrained normie liberal who doesn't question anything they hear? Like you listen to the news, just believe everything the TV tells you and go about your day. They come home from their desk job after eating fast food and garbage and watch intently for their daily covid case count. Post on twitter, reddit and facebook about how the government needs to shut down all businesses and schools until 2040 while tears run down their faces and they need multiple CBC comedy show to calm their nerves. Then they cuddle their Justin Trudeau waifu pillows until they fall asleep and do it all over again.
Left-wing Canadian "patriotism" is just anti-Americanism. It's always been like that. Hate unites them.
It's not as much with conservatives, but yes it does. The Peter MacKay-type cuckservatives are definitely anti-American.
Possibly unrelated, but I'd wager it's the same people who think climate change is a big man-made threat we need to stop with taxes and destroying industry.
These people have nothing going on in their meaningless lives, and covid gives them something to rally around. They might not say it, but they don't want to go back to normal because that means facing the emptiness of their previous lives.
If I was stuck having to 'listen to the science' and trash my own campaign slogan of idk, being "Open for Business" because I am a hostage to an electorate completely brainwashed by the press, I would use my status as premier to avoid the consequences of some very blatant hypocrisy in order to try to swing public opinion in spite of the press.
But when you point out a graph of data showing no more deaths or hospitalizations, the muh science crowd call you a Nazi or want you banned off all media. They're just the same lunatic participation medal narcissists who can't admit they're wrong ever.
Have you read the r/Toronto comments yet? You're not allowed to blame Indians in Brampton for spreading because reasons. Racist reasons.
Saw this from a left-wing journo on twitter: https://twitter.com/LaurenPelley/status/1305524400524062722
83% of the identified cases in Toronto are brown or black ppl. Clearly it's just white people's racism making sure they get covid.
Sorta looks like crime statistics to me.
White people journalist always know what's racist and are ready to help up their worker blacks find out what's racist.
Trudeau wearing blackface = not racist Calling a flu after the city it originated in = racist
Shutting down country because nonwhite visitor have it disporportionatly and should still be admitted into country = not racist.
The fact nonwhites canadians have it disproportionately in their community due to their ethnicity noncanadians having come back in = racist.
And I enjoy speaking with those 25% and I find the other 75% of the population completely insufferable.
Every time I see somebody running around outdoors with a face mask on or somebody alone in their car I die a little inside. My city had less than 10 cases for weeks and redditors were going ballistic about how everybody needs to wear masks to stop this thing. If I can't take off my mask when less than 10 people have it in a 50km^2 area then when can I take it off? When covid goes away? What if it never does? It's just incomprehensible screeching about being a science denier, but apparently statistics isn't science to them.
Nothing has made me want to move out in the middle of fucking no where with acres of treed land surrounding me and no visiblity from road ways. I never realized I was surrounded by lemmings who are more than willing to walk off a cliff to save themselves.
What's the real percentage? 25% seems low, despite all the masked sheep. I think a lot of people go along with the face diapers despite knowing it's bullshit because they don't want to lose their job or get in trouble. If we all stopped obeying this superstitious law one day they would be powerless.

i wasn't asked.
75% would be better. Maybe it is.
Highly unlikely, you need to have money to buy a watch, which you don't have.
