This is how it will be from now on
-We'll say we have to shut down to "flatten the curve" and "stop the spread"
-Then eventually we'll start reopening but we're told in order to do so we have to test more
-Because we test more we'll find "more" covid and thus we need to shut down again and the cycle repeats itself
How does that cycle break?
