Or when you defend yourself against violent thugs and get smeared as a racist with no evidence

Got in to an altercation with a black man because he was being a rude asshole. He got up in my face and dared me to "say it, motherfucker!". I was confused, I called him a motherfucker and he didn't react. It dawned on me that this asshole wanted me to call him a "nigger" so he could feel justified in assaulting me. In the end he went ahead with the assault and learned the hard way that I don't fight fair. After he had to back off he started ranting about how "no white man's gonna lay hands on (him)". Oh well, too late, I already did :-) But I am very thankful I didn't end up as the social media racist du jour, because you can't defend yourself, let alone defend yourself successfully, against a black man these days.
