I'm sorry, but that's nowhere near appropriate for the workplace unless you're a bartender or something. A painted on, semi-translucent shirt and (as far as I can tell) no bra? Why is this even debatable?
You do not have a "human right" to dress however you want in violation of workplace dress codes. You voluntarily ceded your right to dress however you want in exchange for money when you entered into an agreement with your employer to that effect. You don't get to say "Ok I'll dress how you want from nine to five in exchange for wages" and then complain that the employer expects you to uphold your end of the bargain. Fuck off.
Dress code cases where women were found to be in the right were cases that went in the other direction i.e. where the employer was trying to make the women dress more slutty, to the point of being degrading and possible sexual harassment.
You are not being degraded or sexually harassed when your employer tells you to put you tits away while on duty.
