I'll try once more.
Say I'm American and have to pay 60cents per apple. I also have $100 USD.
Say you're Canadian and have to pay 79cents per apple. You also have $100CDN.
I will now go buy 166 apples.
You will now go buy 126 apples.
I have 40 more apples but you paid less money. You paid $74.69USD sure but what good that do you .. you're in Canada and actually paid $100
Take your $100CDN now come to America with that $74.69USD.
Now go buy some apples.. wait now you only have 124 apples....
I'm going to do the same now and go to Canada. I now have $133.69 to buy apples with and I get 169 apples.
Does that mean apples are cheaper in Canada cause I got 3 extra apples for my money? Well no... But I can see where you got mixed up.
The American dollar has more buying power. That's the key to all of this.
So I ask you who's paying more money at the end of the day. The American buying 166 apples for $100 or the Canadian buying 126 apples for $100
The point is the prices are the same for the goods. The point you're trying unsuccessfully to make is that Americans are paid the same dollar for dollar as Canadians which would make them better off. I'm guessing there's some truth to that, but we need to look at the research. What you're saying makes no sense. What if you were comparing $100 Canadian dollars to 100 rubbles?
Oh look here another fucking idiot....
No wonder so many Canadians are crying for UBI. Bunch of financially illiterate fucktards.
How can you be this dumb. You were so close in your own description too. Yes 100 CAD is 74.69 USD, as you claimed. And you end up with 126 apples in Canada vs 166 in the US. Which is 75.9% of what you could've got with 100 USD, but you only had 74 69.
Your own numbers tell anyone who knows basic math how stupid you are.
The only point you may have been making is that the US dollar had a higher buying power than our dollar. Which is true, but they are paid less per year in USD as we are in CAD, which is WHY their shit is cheaper.
It's relative. And leaving out data is doing yourself a disservice.
There are good examples of this, you chose the worst possible hill to sound like a retard on
