Tbh, Trudy didn't lock down the economy. He doesn't even have the power to do that. All the provincial PMs like Ford or Legault freaked the fuck out like the pandering idiots they are and closed everything down.
Yup UN agenda 21 states that local authorities will be used to shut down peoples lives, not federal.
