The only two options I'm familiar with is getting a sponsorship for the H1B visa or finding a job offer first then apply for the TN-1 visa. Are there any other options out there available? I know if you have some money, you can also invest and apply for a business visa but I'm not too familiar with that one.

The jobs which you can get an H1B visa for will land you in cities like Austin, the Bay Area, New York, Seattle or similar liberal cities. But at least the pay would be better for living in another shithole.
I'm totally available for sham marriages with benefits. I usually remember to say no homo.
Other than that.... If you don't already have a job lined up that would motivate a move, rather than the other way around, I don't think it's really feasible.
I knew a couple people who got in on HB1 visas and TNs, but they've all gone back by now. It's a greasy grind, and it comes to an end.
Which is sad, because Canadian citizens are great and I'd love to see more of yall in the US! Never a downside to having more smart, good people.
I’m holding out for the Mars trip with Elon.
Git gud and get a L1 visa.
