The people who worry about diversity quotas are inherently racist themselves because they see minorities as handicapped and whites as privileged. They don’t consider themselves racist though because they acknowledge the latter statements without realizing that is literally racism. Thus we have the exterior materialization of their interior racism. Ie cognitive dissonance, double think just like 1984
