I'm not familiar with the varied ecclesiastical background on women preaching/pastoring, but I haven't seen a good example of it. I also don't think that's an appropriate place to put those symbols. Even if they're meant as a "come as you are" message, they should be placed deferentially, not up behind the pulpit.
This entire image smacks of crap, and I suspect that the actual message/situation is even worse. Although I hope the explanation is more someone being overzealous and a bit dumb, rather than actively trying to betray and misuse their office.
