China and Russia will be more than happy to sell arms to Iran. They would love to see the US enter another war in the Middle East.
The American establishment has been desperate for an excuse for an Iran War for decades. If Trump loses it will happen within a week of him leaving.
Trump would be as easily baited into a war with Iran as Biden imho.
