As far as I'm concerned that was the primary goal of Covid, lockdowns and many other agendas. Isolate, demoralize and turn people against eachother.
I interact with many who "partially" eat the shit pills. I over ride the instinct to "correct" them at the same time that I inform them to respect me and do the same, when it comes up.
The hard core Shitpilled I avoid.
Family, friends and anyone I interact with for work that is relatively normal (even if they believe in some or even a lot of garbage) I engage with.
I do not initiate talk about Covid or other polarizing items (I don't allow those things to rule my life) unless THEY bring it up. They know my standing, without pushing it.
When I do engage in those things, I make it a shorter part of the conversation and change the subject before a conflict arises. I usually try to end that part of the conversation on things we agree on.
Don't let Media, Politicians, Covid etc. define your life or who and how you interact with others.

In the first few months any talk of treatment options was burnt to the ground and Vaccination was quickly introduced as our only savior without the public being provided an ounce of explanation of what Covid is in the first place.
You would think that we would have made progress on treatment well before the miracle of Vaccination came. ?
In 10 months we have heard the exact same spiel, repeated over and over, with no new information other than a daily case count.
