For me in Alberta, Jason Kenny lost my vote with the mandatory masks and social gathering restrictions. Crosses a line into personal freedoms I can't ignore. Now it's Wildrose Independence Party or bust.
However, if he takes back control of our pensions, ends equalization payments and end our contracts with the RCMP, I would reconsider. Those are practical steps towards separation I'd really need to think about.
Additionally I am aware that splitting the conservative vote risks another NDP government. But that's not my fault, that's the fault of the politicians that thought my rights were optional and the people that support them no matter what (like a battered wife that won't leave). Hopefully we all choose Wildrose or some how Kenny can redeem himself.
What are you beautiful bastards thinking these days?
Based on the general user political leanings of sites like Parler and BitChute, why not have mirror accounts there as well? I think we'd be more likely to find a supportive audience and drive more traffic to the site.
When Trump was hospitalized I was not surprised with the left's response. They are tribalist, power hungry, by whatever means corrupt lunatics. So when they wished him dead and protested out front of Walter Reed, it seemed all par for the course.
People said they had no humanity, no compassion and it got me to thinking, how would I have acted if it was Trudeau?
I would not protest, or wish him il (out loud at least) but I certainly wouldn't care. I wouldn't feel the need to come together as Canadians or hope for the best and set aside political difference. To me, he and others are my enemy, irreparably destroying a country I used to proud to be a part of. But that's what the left thinks about Trump.
Is there a difference or have I swallowed so many black pills that I've become one of the bad guys?
How do you guys think you'd react if Trudeau was taken to hospital instead of Trump?
