Talk to your rabbi about your anger, as a Catholic I can speak to my priest or my confessor to get such things off of my chest. For no other reason than anger without outlet is self-destructive. My priest is based and I mean really based. And - oh the irony - he is Canadian.

Get involved with politics at the local level. Go to town meetings and express yourself and discover how many others are standing next to you. This is what Trump did and to me is his greatest achievement: we now know what we have always suspected, we are not alone and not only that we are the majority.
